PVC Processing AIDS ACR Resin
ACR resin is the abbreviation of English Acrylic ester resin, which means "acrylic ester resin". Some companies also call IT PVC Processing AID for PA, which means "PVC processing additive".ACR English transmission of the production of ACR required upstream raw materials, is acrylate and methacrylate, of course, including the familiar methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl acrylate and so on, through other additives using emulsion polymerization process polymerization.
ACR can accelerate PVC plasticization, reduce processing temperature, improve rheological properties of thermoplastic melt, improve surface gloss, and assist in improving mechanical properties of products, etc. Although the amount of ACR is little, it plays an irreplaceable role in improving PVC processing properties.
So how should we choose ACR?Of course, we should according to the characteristics of the product, profile, because of the complexity of the section cavity, the requirements of the product flow is good, the melt strength is small, so it is appropriate to choose the low viscosity (recommended viscosity 6-10), plasticizer faster ACR.Because the plasticization degree of pipe is required to be 60% or 70%, ACR with low viscosity (4-10) and moderate plasticization speed can be selected.For pipe fitting, ACR with fast plasticizing is chosen because of injection molding machine.Transparent sheet, because of the relatively thin, easy precipitation, transparency, flow and other aspects of the relationship, should choose low viscosity ACR (viscosity is recommended not more than 3.0).Wood plastic profile, should be used for fast plasticizing, good metal stripping ACR.Foaming products such as foaming board, foaming sole and foaming wood plastic should be used with high viscosity (recommended viscosity not less than 11.5) and high melt strength ACR as foaming regulator.Soft products (film, cable, etc.) can not add or a small amount of any type of ACR, low viscosity is preferred.
ACR as a processing regulator is recommended to add 0.6 to 3.0 parts according to different products.Used as foaming regulator, recommended dosage is 4-16 parts according to different products.
