Product introductionPVC foaming regulator is made by acrylic monomer through emulsion polymerization process, mainly used to improve the uniformity of bubble hole of hard PVC low-foaming products, promote PVC resin plasticization, melting, improve the appearance of the quality of products.When used as a processing aid, the melt strength can be greatly improved.Give products a better surface finish.When used as foaming regulator, the product is endowed with higher melt strength, better plasticizing performance and fluidity, which promotes the gelation of PVC, so that the gas generated by the foaming agent is dissolved in THE PVC melt as soon as possible and completely, and the PVC molecular chain is intertwined with each other, which greatly improves the strength and elasticity of the melt.The PVC melt can produce the strength suitable for the expanding gas and the elongation necessary for the expansion of the gas, so as to ensure that the gas forms fine and dense independent bubbles in the process of increasing, and can retain more uniform and dense bubbles, so as to obtain uniform foaming structure, lower density and better surface finish.The product is white and easy to flow powder.Insoluble in water and ethanol, soluble in acetone and chloroform.
