PVC External Lubricant
Introduction
PVC External Lubricant-PE WAX is a kind of chemical material, in which the color of polyethylene wax is white small beads/flake, formed by ethylene polymerization rubber processing agent, it has higher melting point, hardness, high gloss, white color and other characteristics.Polyethylene wax is a low molecular weight polyethylene homopolymer or copolymer widely used in coatings.By wax, we mean that the polymer eventually acts as a microcrystalline floating cloth on the coating similar to paraffin but more diverse and practical than paraffin.
Application
1. Thick color masterbatch and filling masterbatch.It is widely used as dispersant in polyolefin masterbatch processing.And polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene resin is very good compatibility, and has a very excellent external lubrication and internal lubrication.
2. PVC profile, pipe, composite stabilizer in PVC profile, pipe, pipe, PE.PP molding process as dispersant, lubricant and brightening agent, enhance the degree of plasticization, improve the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products.And it is widely used in the production of PVC composite stabilizer.
3.
