Introduction: NC blowing agent PVC is a kind of white powder with a gas capacity of 150-170mL /g, foaming temperature of 155-165℃, and fineness of 6 microns.
Performance and Features
1. Endothermic reaction.The appropriate temperature is very suitable for PVC /EVA/ processing and production.
2. Sanitary performance: Compared with AC(ammonia release, formamide), this white hair bubble is more non-toxic and odorless.
Should use
1. Recommended dosage: 0.3-2%
2. The processing temperature of 160-190℃ can achieve the best foaming effect.
3. Better effect when used in combination with AC (generally AC exothermic reaction, bubble holes are fine and have high gas generation capacity, but bubble holes are prone to collapse and turn yellow.And white hair bubble is endothermic reaction, bubble hole coarse hair volume is low, bubble hole is not easy to collapse products white, the two can be balanced).
4. Compared with ordinary foaming agent AC, the foaming process of AC can be better controlled, and it is easier to produce white products with whiter and purer color. Its endothermic reaction degasses, which can avoid the exothermic burning and yellowing phenomenon caused by excessive addition of AC in the foaming of thick products.
