Introduction

(2) ACRACR, as a novel modifier of POLYvinyl chloride, is a kind of acrylate copolymer.At present, THERE are basically two kinds of ACR used as PVC modifier: one is used to improve the processing performance of hard PVC, which is processing modifier;The other is the impact modifier used to improve the impact strength of PVC products.The difference between the chemical composition, ACR impact modifier containing acrylic acid ester crosslinking elastomer formation of the nucleus, nucleus is a ethyl acrylate methyl methacrylate copolymer composed of shell ACR and PVC blend system and increase the impact strength of PVC comparable o times above, but also greatly improve its tensile properties, especially suitable for outdoor hard PVC plastic products
(3) MBSAnti-impact modifier MBS is a core-shell copolymer made of MMA grafted butadiene latex after salting out and drying. Modified PVC can improve its impact strength and comprehensive performance. Due to its similar refractive rate with PVC, modified PVC has better transparency, so it is widely use.
