Profile
Use
The use of Genapol X 407 in emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate, acrylate and acrylate / styrene dispersions reduces coagulation, improves electrolyte
resistance and freeze/thaw stability.
Genapol X 407 is added to the emulsion either before, during or after the polymerization process.
Storage and Shelf Life: Please keep the product in a dry and clean place. Below 15°C Genapol® X 407 starts crystallisation, after heating up at 40°C Genapol® X 407
turns into a clear liquid again. The shelf life is at least two years when stored in tightly closed containers at 20-25°C in a clean and aerated place. After this period
the product should be analyzed for extension of the shelf life.
Preservation: No preservative is added.
Safety: Please see Material Safety Data Sheet before handling the material.
