Add methodsDue to the small amount of fluorescent whitening agent, the whitening agent should be thoroughly dispersed, so that the whitening agent can be evenly dispersed in the whole polymer.The brightener OB-1 is mixed well with the materials with the weight of 0.01-0.05% of the plastic or polyester grain before the plastic products are formed and processed or the polyester fiber is drawn.If using brightener to concentrate masterbatch, it is easier to achieve full dispersion effect.Matters needing attention(1) The Flourescent brightener OB1 does not get whiter with more and more, but has a certain saturation concentration.Beyond a certain fixed limit, not only there is no whitening effect, but also yellow phenomenon.(2) When using OB-1, a fluorescent whitening agent for LDPE and soft PVC, special attention should be paid to the control of dosage. Excessive dosage will cause whitening agent migration.(3) Composite fluorescent whitening agent, which is used in combination with two different grades of whitening agent. If selected appropriately, it can be additive.(4) The addition of ob-1, a fluorescent whitening agent, will slightly reduce the anti-aging performance.(5) When using ob-1, gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin or eyes. In case of contact with the skin, rinse with water and soap.
