Cationic polymer Superfloc powder / emulsion range
Polymer with positive charge input, it is used especially on the sludge line both in municipal and industrial treatment plants and in water treatment plants.
The anionic polymer has a very good yield in the case of water treatment plants where high doses of coagulant are used and the water load is very high.
The organic substance that does not influence the pH value, the cationic polymer is used on the water line to form the settable / floating sludge and on the sludge line for its thickening and dehydration.

Depending on the characteristics of the sludge thickening and dehydration units, the cationic polymer can be:
– low molecular weight cationic polymer intended for thickening and dehydration of sludge in installations that need a fast reaction of water separation in settling or squeezing conditions.
– cationic polymer with medium or high molecular weight intended for thickening and dehydration of sludge in units that require rapid reaction and resistance to rotational forces, centrifugation.

Anionic polymer Superfloc powder / emulsion range
Polymer with negative charge input, it is used on the water line both in the municipal and industrial treatment plants, as well as in the water treatment plants for drinking.
The anionic polymer has a very good yield in the case of treatment plants that are designed to treat less charged water in which the intake of coagulant is low.
An organic substance that does not influence the pH value, the polymer is used on the water line to form decantable / floating sludge.

Depending on the characteristics of the treated / treated water, the anionic polymers are of several types:
– anionic polymer for water treatment for drinking (sanitary approval);
– low molecular weight anionic polymer intended for the purification of very little water loaded in suspensions;
– anionic polymer with medium / high molecular weight intended for the purification of water more loaded in suspensions;

Polymers are chemicals used in flocculation.
Flocculation is the process of agglomerating destabilized particles into bigger flocs.
In wastewater flocculation and sludge treatment, colloidal particles are flocked in order to aid their removal or to help sludge dewatering.
Polymers can be used alone or together with inorganic coagulants to make flocs bigger and more resistant to shear forces.
